Shropshire Mental Health Support
Providing support and services to people in Shropshire living with mental health challenges since 1974.
We are here to help you navigate life’s challenges and support your mental and emotional wellbeing.
Shropshire MHS is a successful support provider because of our volunteers, our staff, the people who use our services and the community we support – all work together.
I didn’t think talking would help, but it simply did. Just knowing someone cared enough to listen, made a huge difference. I’m incredibly grateful for the support at the time that I really needed it.
